Welcome to Elare. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with ELARÉ LUMIÈRE. By accessing our website, social media platforms, or completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Elare website and all purchases made through our online store. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance.
  • Full payment is required to confirm and begin processing any order.
  • ELARÉ LUMIÈRE reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order due to pricing errors, inaccurate information, suspected fraud, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Production & Delivery

  • All pieces are made to order unless otherwise stated.
  • Standard production and delivery time is approximately 1–2 weeks.
  • During peak seasons, promotional periods, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, production and delivery may extend up to 3 weeks.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier services, customs clearance, or other external factors.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
  • Prices may be updated without prior notice.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Diamonds & Certification

  • ELARÉ LUMIÈRE specializes in certified lab-grown diamonds. Complimentary IGI certification is provided for diamonds weighing 0.70 carats or above per individual center stone.
  • For diamonds below 0.70 carats, a Spectrum certificate can be provided upon request for an additional fee of AED 100.
  • Certification availability may vary depending on the diamond specifications and supplier requirements.

6. Product Information

  • We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. Slight variations in color, appearance, stone size, or finishing may occur due to lighting conditions, screen settings, photography, and the handcrafted nature of jewelry.
  • All weights, measurements, and carat sizes are approximate and may vary slightly.

7. Ring Sizing

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct ring size before production begins. ELARÉ LUMIÈRE is not responsible for incorrect sizing information submitted by the customer.
  • Resizing services may be available depending on the design.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • ELARÉ LUMIÈRE is responsible for the order until it has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer. Once delivery has been confirmed by the courier service, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. ELARÉ LUMIÈRE is not liable for lost, stolen, misplaced, or unattended packages after confirmed delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate and secure.
  • Any claims regarding lost shipments in transit must be reported to ELARÉ LUMIÈRE within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so that an investigation can be initiated with the courier.

9. No Cash Refunds

  • ELARÉ LUMIÈRE does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
  • In exceptional cases approved solely at the discretion of ELARÉ LUMIÈRE, a store credit may be issued instead of a refund. Store credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be used within the validity period specified by ELARÉ LUMIÈRE.

10. Limitation of Liability

ELARÉ LUMIÈRE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services. Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the purchased product.

11. Warranty & Care

  • Customers are advised to handle jewelry with care and follow all recommended care instructions.
  • ELARÉ LUMIÈRE is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper storage, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs, or exposure to chemicals.

12. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or an error has occurred on our part. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, designs, product images, graphics, text, and branding materials, is the exclusive property of ELARÉ LUMIÈRE. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

14. Force Majeure

ELARÉ LUMIÈRE shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, shipping disruptions, labor shortages, pandemics, or technical failures.

15. Amendments

  • ELARÉ LUMIÈRE reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • The most recent version published by ELARÉ LUMIÈRE shall apply to all purchases and website use
