Order Processing
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days following payment confirmation. During collection launches, promotional periods, or holidays, processing times may vary.

Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners such as DHL, Aramex, FedEx, or equivalent services. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and local charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Elare purchase.
Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible Return Conditions

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Exchanges
Exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
If the requested item has a different value, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference or receiving store credit where applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging.
Upon verification, Elare will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
