At Elare, every piece is carefully prepared and inspected to ensure it meets our highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 12-14 business days following payment confirmation. During collection launches, promotional periods, or holidays, processing times may vary.

Within the United Arab Emirates

  • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping Fee: AED 25

  • Free shipping may be available during selected promotions.

GCC Shipping

  • Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days

International Shipping

  • Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 14–16 business days

Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners such as DHL, Aramex, FedEx, or equivalent services. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and local charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry

  • Made-to-order pieces

  • Engraved products

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards and promotional items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging.

Upon verification, Elare will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
